Warranty & Returns Policy – Auto Engines & Gearbox Africa
At Auto Engines & Gearbox Africa, we take pride in the quality and reliability of our parts. Every item is backed by a 30-day guarantee from the date of sale.
Faulty Parts: If a part you receive is defective, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued, including return shipping costs.
Incorrect Purchases: If you purchased the wrong part by mistake, you must notify us within 30 days. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received, with our security markings intact. We will cover the return postage. Once the part is verified, your refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt.
